The Puff Cat is the most affectionate tomcat I've ever known. Last spring he was a royal nuisance when I raked the yard; you may recall a photo of him reclining in the rakings. Now that he's a mature 14 months, he's still happy for snuggles but isn't quite as demanding. When I did yard work on the weekend, he spent much time up the nearest tree. Maybe he was trying to shake loose a few more leaves for me to rake, I'm not sure. At any rate, he was having photogenic moments and I got several good pics of him in his leafy perch. Here's one:

My one regret about living in the city is that I can only have a certain number of cats (I think four is the legal limit, but who wants that many in one house?). I loved visiting your place a few years ago and being able to pet and see all your kittens/cats. And renaming them all. Because I was insane. And I do realize that most of them probably "don't live there anymore" (because, you know, they moved away. And got married to other cats). But it was nice.
On the plus side, I never worry that one of my cats will go missing randomly (only if they are let out of the house), so there is that.
Hey Katya. All of the cats you once knew have indeed left home and, as far as I know, have gone to the Great Hunting Grounds in the sky. It's hard to not get attached to the farm cats. Okay, impossible. But I always know that it's not likely to be a long lasting relationship.
George, on the other hand, is now 11 and going strong as an inside kitty.
Awww... George. The cat that was Hanna's that would have nothing to do with her when she came back home! :)
I actually thought that Puff looked kind of like George, but that's because I don't really know george.
Very handsome and he looks so huggable. I can see why take so pics of him.
Katya, I see I'll have to take some photos of George if you've forgotten what he looks like! He isn't as photogenic as the Puff Kitty, and I usually wind up with glassy evil eyes when I take his photo. But I shall try.
"Meow, meow!" says Pixie. I think she thinks she's related to Puff or something.
LOL. I knew LIKING cats ran in the family, but I didn't know my great niece WAS one!
